Hi Scott,

I wanted to take time out to thank you for saving my 1990 Fender Stratocaster. The neck was perputaully bowed, so I took it to a guitar repair shop in Monmouth county, NJ. The man told me to throw out my guitar, it was a lost cause. Naturally I was heartbroken. Thankfully, I was directed to you. I am so glad I didn't listen to "Bob". This guitar has great sentimental value to me and you saved it. You worked your magic and now this guitar will be with me for life. Your professionalism, attention to detail and passion for what you do, are truly unique and can't be taken for granted. It is especially fitting that I send you this e-mail before Thanksgiving. My guitar arrived yesterday at the bookstore. It arrived in good condition, no shipping problems. I tuned it up last night and it held tune well overnight. I am very happy and somewhat amazed to have it back. 

You did a wonderful job. As you predicted I can of course see some traces of the damage and repair to the headstock, but that was hardly unexpected --looking at the post-crash photos I am amazed all over that my guitar could even be made playable again, much less restored and repaired as well as you have done. The other fixes not related to the crash, like the restored pickguard and frets, are also well done. 

It looks and sounds wonderful. The action seems easier than before…Far as I am concerned you are a miracle worker. Short of your sending Tony Rice or Tommy Emmanuel along to do that first tune-up and a little demo, I can't think of anything that would have made things any better at this end.

Scott, I've been busy but meaning to write about the work done on my 74 sg that was recently completed.  I want to thank you for all you've done.
the repair job was what I expected, based on the photos of your work I've seen.  the fret work and setup was a major tune up on playability.
The guitar is even more fun to play--I need to take a day off and just spend 8 hrs playing it; as it is, I'm lucky to get a couple of hours in at night, and look forward to it while I'm at work. Thanks again for all your attention to the instrument.  I only wish I were much closer to your shop so I could drop off my les paul to get minor work done!Best, -J

Hi Scott,
Im getting ready to call it a night, but I wanted to take a minute and thank you again for building me such a great guitar. I got to really get in touch with it today, and I found myself playing things I havent been able to play for years. It simply makes you a better player. To call it a "hot rod" is really the most accurate statement. Its got so much go in it, tons of tone, and with my amp, longer sustain than Santana had in the '70s. What a blast Im having with this. Before long, I'll be playing as good as I did when I was 25....Im forever grateful.
